Executive Consulting Group is a strategic consultancy firm that provides medium to large businesses and enterprise companies the information needed to draw the line on poor performance. We coach and mentor teams and leaders with management training, coaching, skills training, business development, processes re-engineering, strategy planning and Recruitment.

We are looking to expand our IT recruitment team. We have over 25 years of previous combined IT recruitment experience and see growth in this space with the right candidate. This is a unique opportunity for a 360 recruiter with an entrepreneurial mindset to join an exciting company and be part of our growth and journey.

We are looking for either experienced recruitment consultants or people who have IT knowledge and a solution sales mindset with contacts within the industry.


Our team of recruitment professionals are described as technically excellent and highly skilled, whilst maintaining a personable and energetic nature. You will be responsible for executing the full 360-degree recruitment process, liaising with our current portfolio of candidates and clients, as well as continuing to build new industry relationships, working on strategic development and market mapping plans. We operate throughout Australia and Internationally and are part of local, state and federal IT government panels. Please note that this will start as a work from home role, and will move into a hybrid role in the near future.  


The ideal candidate will be degree educated, systematic and process-driven, and have relevant experience within the ICT industry. If you are currently in an IT role have an understanding of sales and have strong contacts within the IT industry, then this will be the perfect next step forward in your career.
