Our client, a powerhouse in the engineering, mining and resource sector. They are currently searching for a skilled Salesforce Administrator. This is your chance to streamline operations, unlock data-driven decision-making, and empower project teams with smarter, more connected workflows.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Administer and enhance Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom apps) to meet operational needs.
  • Manage user profiles, data integrity, and system security, ensuring compliance and reliability.
  • Design dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for project and management teams.
  • Lead Salesforce implementations and upgrades — from design to deployment and training.
  • Integrate Salesforce with engineering tools, ERP systems, and project management software.
  • Troubleshoot and streamline processes, improving efficiency across complex workflows.
  • Stay up to date with Salesforce updates, releases, and best practices to keep our CRM ecosystem future-ready.
Your Background & Who You Are

Qualifications, Experience & Background:

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator within the engineering, construction, or mining industries
  • Advanced reporting and analytics capabilities, supporting data-driven decisions.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce configuration, Lightning components, Apex, Visualforce, and integrations.
  • Excellent communication skills — able to translate technical detail into business value.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (preferred).
  • Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (preferred).
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with AutoCAD, BIM, or other engineering systems.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Microsoft Project.
  • A proactive mindset with a strong problem-solving and continuous improvement focus.
